I am a relaince gsm mobile user . I have kept my mobile switched off. when i turned it on i sw that they have deducted 30 rupees from my account. I have complained for it they told me that my balance will be refunded . I have'nt get it in few days . then i called again . then they are saying that your balancne have been charged for caller tune service. but they dont have any single information about the activation , process of activation and time of activation. so please look into my issue and guide me to take the necessary steps . my contact number +918981198943.

I am a relaince gsm mobile user no. 9569240076. i saw a sms last deducted my balance Rs.49/- per month for mixmaza & rs.30/- for caller tunes which never activated.
I have complained for it they told me that my balance will be refunded but it is not done.
. then i called again . then they are saying that your balancne have been charged for caller tune service. but they dont have any single information about the activation , process of activation and time of activation.
And again this month an sms came saying Rs.49 & 30/- are deducted for monthly subscription of mixmaza & caller tune which was deactivated last month.
After so many requsts the call center people refused to refund money which is once deducted from you balance
so please look into my issue and guide me to take the necessary steps .
my contact number is same as above. Such kind of serivces are fraud & making fool of consumer & they are taking advantage of deducting of thier own & making easy money by pickpocketing the customers.

Please take strick action against them & try to take refund
