There is an issue regarding my airtel bill, I am not satisfied with my bill amount..

In this bill airtel charged Rs.400 extra:-

Please go through the attached bill, In which already activated Value added service for 500 SMS free/day in this pack I have payed Rs.99 monthly. But as per the bill, airtel did not provide discount on my all SMS. As you know that during a govt policy TRIA it has been applicable only from 27th September 2011 but airtel charging the amount as per my entire september month bill.

Please help to resolve the same otherwise please deactivate my mobile connection (9971166897). I would not like to continue with this type of mistake or Please send actual mobile bill...
