    Angry Excess Charges in bill for Vodafone Mobile Connect.

    Hi,
    My Name is R. Pandit i am from Mumai and my vodafone number is 9833225354. The reason to post complaint is, as per my knowledge i have been Charged excess in my bill from 7/05/2011 to 06/06/2011 on my vodafone mobile connect. I registered for super week 6 which was from 21st may till 28th may in which internet was free. The charges in that particular week are not been waved off. I tried to concact vodafone custorm care but the person who was assisting me hanged up the call, not only ones but it happened with me twice. After that two calls i again called on 198 and made a complaint. when i ask for the complaint number he said i will receive a sms in which all details will be provided along with the complaint number. Till now i didnt received any sms. The reason i called up vodafone customar care for second time was because i stay in Navi Mumbai Kharghar. i went to the vodafone store to make a complaint the executive said, he register my complaint and i will get the review in my next bill. so to confirm whats the status of my complaint i called up vodafone care on 23 of this month. but i was shock to know that no complaint was registered. I am really very frustrated with the poor response from a reputated company like Vodafone. I hope i get reply from your side and will not force me to take Legal action for the said act. I beg you to reconsider how you treat your customers and *reward* us for our loyalty rather then punish us!

    Thanks for writing to us. Please be informed that Happy hour super week offer was valid for browsing between 9 am and 12 noon during the campaign period. This included browsing on mobile, tethering as well as through data cards. While data access/browsing is free during these times, any content charges will still apply eg:games, ringtones, music etc. As checked you have been charged according to the usage. Sorry for any inconvenience.
