For your response but let make certain facts clear to you.Your Customer mentioned that I can make calls free of cost to all the reliance(CDMA,GSM and Landline) But it was not specificly told to me that i Would be Charged for the calls to RTL numbers.And at that particular moment I was not aware of any difference in R Com and R tel numbers.
As per the mail below and as per you i was specifically told that calls to RTL numbers wont be free.
May I be provided with the recording of that very first conversation. When I was briefed about the same.
I do not agree to you views and feel that I have been cheated.
Its not the matter of money.Its the was the company does a business simultaneously building trust in its customers.

I agree to the fact that i am charged correctly as per thetarrif plan 995. But my concerned was that i was not briefed about the details of the plan by one of your executive at *222.When I had clearly asked that if I opt for plan 995."That i will be charged for the numbers of the reliance telecommunication,I had repeaditily during the call asked as to whether my calls to all the Reliance number would be free. I was informed by your executive that under my new plan of 995all my calls to all the Reliance numbers(CDMA,GSM and LANDLINE) will be free and was not seperately informed that the calls to all the numbers to Reliance Telecommunications will be chaged.That is why I had opted to change to plan 995 from previous 770 plan. I should have been informed then and there that I will be charged even for the reliance number of Reliance Telecommunication.I would have then made calls to those numbers from my other cell 9958525297(Airtel) or 9891773077(idea) at 50 pause/min exactly half the cost I have been charged presently.My request it atleast wave off the last bills of the amount for such same numbers and henceforth Ishould be charged,since it was a lapse on your employee's part(not informing me the details).

Intially I had 770 plan later on in the month of april aroun 16 to 18 of April 2010 i had called in the customer care at *222 and spoke to one of the excutive on duty. I had asked him to recommend me a plan which gives me all reliance to reliance calling free. He suggested me of Plan 995.I repeaditly asked him if it will be free to all the reliance number(local as well as STD,GSM,CDMA as well as landline) he confirmed the same. Now when i recieved the bill for the month of May 10.That is the latest bill of amount 1794.I somehow felt that i had been charged excess and therefore i requested for the CDR for the same where in i came to know that i had been charged oftenly for a number which is of one of my relative.The no is

when i later cross chek the reason for being charged for a reliance no since my calls should be free to all the reliace numbers(as per the executive when i switched to the current plan of 995). I was told this time that since I had made calls to reliance telecommunication number I was charged for the same and my calls are free to only R Com numbers and nothing can be done to the bill I will have to pay them.I requested them that at least for this time it would be appriciated if it was waved off since I was not informed in detail and correctly about the plan and feature. henceforth it should be charged since now i Had been informed about the same. He bluntly refused the same. Now its seems that i had been played upon and cheated. its not the matter of money.When i can afford to have a plan of 995/month i can pay the amount charged as well.Its just that how transparent the policies of a company is and how educated the customer care staffs are. Sice I had directly conversed with the customer care at *222 during the change of my plan to 995/month. I did not doubt his words.Or else i could have crosschecked the same and would have made the calls to those Reliance Telecommunication number from my other two cells I have(Either Ideas or Airtel) which would have cost me exactly the half i had been charged.
Kindly look into the matter and educate you staff to expalin the whole plan and features in details. There should not be any hidden ploicies. Faith is the most import thing in Business. If ones the customer loses faith in the company.It for sure that the company will gradually lose its business. As it will loose the customer and various people related to that customer.
I hpoe you would be considated enough and do the needful.which would be appriciable.
