GPRS BILL WAIVER

Service Request number is 39723514 and 39724509 (Sep 23) for my both no.s ending 91/92 - GPRS bill waive-off

Any update on this?

Since almost more than a month (Sep 14) after logging case with Airtel on 2 no.s.for the Sep 2011 month bill on GPRS BILL WAIVER - for my both no.s ending 91/92 ----- Rs.4000 / 4500 which was charged for Rs 98/month plan.
