sir

i have taken airtel post paid service months earlier . my post paid number is 7894402870. i am using the sim in my apple iphone.my post paid bill showing the charge for internate is more than Rs 3000. first of all i have not subscribed any internate plan and nobody informed me why my due amount is so high while i have asked them many times .this is not fair. my incoming and out going service stoped on my number. so i couldn't use the sim but my monthly due is going up month by month. i talked with the customer care people they lodge a complaint and gave me a complaint number and told me they will call back but they never called me back.
when i inquire with the post paid service agent he started a quarel with me and warned me against a legal notice. i am so embarrassed with this post paid service.
