I am refering the recent case :-kindly refer your message IZ51932 dated 28th august 2010, time:22:45:48 reflecting my current balance rs 59.18.but I surprised to find on 2.9.10 that my balance is shown reduced to Rs. 21.27 wide ur message IZ-51932 at 14:59:11 which is inspite my reuest for deactivation of scheme , for that plz refer your message IZSIVR dated 2nd august 2010, time 18:28:42 for VAS deactivation and SR no. Was given by you is 1.10023109081.
also refer your message IZ51932 dated 2nd august, time 13:56:49 for deactivation of idea voice chat.
I want to mention tha i did not opt for vas or any other scheme since purcase of this no.
