I am Somedutta Banerjee,using Idea number(9163077767) in kolkata circle. Some days ago I port in IDEA by MNP.
However,I recharged my a/c on 22rd Nov,2011 by Rs.65 through e-rechage. Then my balance was Rs.96.40.After that, I activate 1day GPRS pack(Rs.5) by dialing *800#. But,there was no info about it's auto-renewal. I switched off my ph at 11:30pm.before that,I check my bal and it was Rs.91.40.
Today,23/11/2011, I found that my bal is Rs.76.40. though I did not use any services(i.e, call/sms/gprs).
when I call 198, the executive,named ARIJIT, tolded me that my gprs pack has been activated by auto-renewal and Rs.5 has been deducted and a VAS service is activated for my ph no,that's why it charged Rs.10 for 5days. The activation time is 12:28AM on 23rd Nov. I was surprised to hear it,because I was thne asleep and my ph was switched off. None except me using my ph.So, how it can be activated? and no sms is received by me.
I then request to transfer my call to supervisor. He told me that It can be deactivated(ID 1-19757640106), but he can not refund my balance of Rs.10 as It was activated by me !!. Though my no is DND activated and I do not active the VAS service.

same is happen on 28th Nov and deducted Rs.10. what the hell is your service?your c.c said that I download the VAS from net at 12:08AM.bit,I am surprised,as,I switched off my ph at11:30PM.
what is the problem with my number?

So,I want to refund my money as soon as possible, because, I am not responsible for that activation so why I take the responsibility?
