my idea postpaid no.98123-02458 is disconnected by your idea local agent.b'cos of pending bill. but i paid my bill regularly and i have a deposit slip also. and when i showed this slips to them they told they start this no. early. but continously seven day gone i told them and they do not start my no. yet i suffered lot . please do something as soon as posssible start my no.

Hi, there is no network coverage of Idea Cellular phones not even prepaid and postpaid. God know what will happen with idea now. Now it will not be "Get Idea" The slogan should be "Leave Idea". Every one's business is suffering because of this. Please Aditya Birla Ji do something to get the network coverage on.

there is no access no idea network..... on 27th jan 2011..
When it was spice mobile services were far better,
bt when it changed to idea services were far worse..,
every now and hen i have to go to idea service center to get it fixed..

Hi idea team ,.. Aap ke liye kaun idea le ke aayega .. itna gussa aata hai idea Network par ki kya batayoon.. aaj 27-1-2011 ko idea ka network down hai Panchkula Haryana mein. Idea sir ji Koi Pooja karbayoo aap .. na hi aap ke apna GPRS hai wo bhi aap ne AIrltel se le rakha hai Punjab mein.. Achha Huya Network Change karne ki Facility aa gayi .. abhi sab se pehle mera kaam apna Idea network change karna hai.

IDEA is sucking today in Chandigarh as there is no signal from1200 hrs. Problem not solved till now. All of my family members are planning to switch over to some better service-provider tomorrow, may be AIR-TEL.

Thanks a lot IDEA for sucking your loyal customers. But now its too late.Our company is also having 54 IDEA connections under corporate plan, but we will surrender them tomorrow for ever as we have suffered un-explained loss due to NO-NETWORK problem today.

Thanks for promoting NUMBER-PORTABILITY in your advertisements.Now you will see yourself now that how many here will switch to another service provider.

Today people asked me : why there is no signal in your phone?
I said : No Idea
People replied: Never get IDEA

This is really unfortunate to write a mail to you guys rather just calling and getting the resolution, but getting rather more frustration and dissatisfaction from the customer executive and the way they talk to customer. This is one of my several contacts to customer care where I was unable to get the resolution and the frequent disconnection of calls made me so frustrated that forced me to write a mail like this.

I have been using Idea postpaid services for around 2 years and when I got some issue with Idea I was unable to get resolution to it and this is the first attempt and Idea failed to make me happy. I don’t know what would have happened to other customers who have to call you for some resolutions. What an Idea sirji

In my last month bill dated 1-Mar-2011 for the period of 01-Feb to 28-Feb-2011 was having GPRS basic services charges of Rs.300 for 2 months, I called up customer care for around 15 times and every time either the representative was not able to provide resolution or when he tried to transfer the call to the senior executive it got dropped. Now you can imagine the level of frustration customer should have. Finally on 17-March-2011 one fine executive taken my complaint and ensured me that you will get the resolution by 25-March-2011. I got few calls for ensuring me the amount deducted for GPRS basic services is wrong and it will be credited to my account in next bill. I was relaxed to an extent that finally it got resolved but story was not ended there.

This month bill was again a shock for me. Bill dated 01-Apr-2011 showed only Rs.165 credited against the adjustment rather Rs.300+Taxes and again this time GPRS Basic services charges deducted from my account of Rs.150 for the month 1-April to 30-April-2011. So now Idea owns my money with the amount of Rs.450+Taxes out of which only Rs.165 is credited. This is heights of carelessness and I would rather prefer not to continue with Ideas. Now as customers have options to switch to other networks with keeping the number same (thanks to Number Portability) and the way Idea is handling the customers in this competitive world of telecom the day will come when most of your customers will think in this way.

This is my last try to get the permanent resolution to the issue else I will have to take strict step forward to get the legal action again your mistakes for which I am suffering. I hope Idea will take care of it’s reputation and live up to it.

Another target of rude behavior from customer care executives of IDEA Cellular.
in regard to the fraudulent bills generated by IDEA Cellular.
I had intimated IDEA of terminating my services in mid of December.
For this I did the following:
1. Raised request on their online portal couple of times -- Which was closed every time.
2. Reminded them 3 times through Email(copy of which is pasted below).

Still they generated my bill for complete month of December, which I payed as soon the bill was generated considering it a delay from there side.

Despite of this I receive harassing phone calls in the month of April about paying bill for the month of Jan-Feb-Mar for which I have never availed their services.
Not to forget due to this, my other IDEA number was closed/bared of all incoming/outgoing calls suddenly. How rude is that? (even when the mistake is theirs)

Would suggest everyone to stay away from IDEA if you want your blood pressures to be in limits. Will surely convey all the IDEA users in my company through our portal to make use of number portability and get RID OF IDEA ASAP.

Despite of numerous intimations through web portal and mail(as instructed by your customer care) to terminate the connection, I still have been presented with the bill for the month of January. Kindly explain why is the bill being generated even if I haven't used any of the services of IDEA and intimated IDEA about the termination of services number of times!!!!

I have repeatedly intimated IDEA of terminating that number(9911013001) from mid of December last year.
If you want I have proofs of emails sent and you could also check your portal, where I had raised the request so many number of times.

Kindly resolve this issue and clear my account at the earliest, else I will have to think of continuing with other IDEA numbers that I currently have and the ones that were taken along with me in my group. We are already frustrated with the services that we have got till now.
