I Santosh Ladkat had taken idea postpaid connection through a franchisee at Shirur , Pune . Franchisee representative had offerred me to choice the no. from available & I choiced it . After that my no. is activated & started .Then only franchisee told me through call & mail that the no. given to you is Golden No. so you have to pay Rs. 3000 . I simply refussed because No one told me befor choosing the no.about golden no. either from Franchisee or Idea ( At the time of verification from Idea side ).
Then idea had billed me Rs. 3000 in bill against golden no. .I had not paid the bill & tried through customer care to resolve this issue but no one helped me . Even they told me that you go to franchisee. But franchisee is not helping me & if Idea had billed me Rs.3000 then they should give the solution .Then I visited Idea office in pune at Law College Road. They also told that you have to pay Rs. 3000 but I refussed & paid only balance amount from bill & told them that My service should not get disconnected , meantime you talk to franchisee & solve the matter. But they only registered my complaint against the no. 151810747 at idea portal but later on discontinued my services by stopping outgoing call facilities as billing due date expires..
Then I immediately paid Rs. 3000 & started the outgoing calls facility as I had emergencies
Is there any my fault in my above case. Pls. help .
