Dear Sir,

I have a idea pre paid connection which i am getting regular recharged as per the requirement.Now from past 15-20 money has been deducted on a regular basis , there is no particular denomination for that. Its between 15-60 rs on a daily basis.The same has been told to customer care department however no action has been taken yet.The reason they had given is that there are some services has been activated on request , but no request was given by me.Yesterday also i have complained about this but in the morning 11 Rs was deducted.This is so annoying and i am completely pissed with IDEA CUSTOMER CARE NON PROFESSIONALISM.Also the executive sitting there are not well educated , they dont know how to talk with clients.
In last one month already 500 Rs has been deducted , i dont know what to do with this now.They are not listening and doing nothing in this regard.They are just harrasing people, wasting their time and money.I want you to take action on this.IDEA NO : 9891137610
