Hello,
I have been requesting for a complete e-bill which includes call to call charges, from the month of October. I have called the Customer Care Helpline more than 25 times requesting on this for which they always tell it was not activated and we will activate by next day before 5PM. The mails they send again after the request will again not have any call to call details. I am fed up of this, i have been an IDEA customer for more than 6 years. Please give me a proper response, i again don't want to hear any server problems and other stuffs. I just want an ebill with complete call to call details, if you don't have such basic software to handle this, then send me a printed copy through courier having complete call to call details.
