Dear,
I am user of Idea cellular service since last 3 years. Yesterday all of a sudden you people stopped my GPRS services. When I called to customer care they informed that due to over usage they stopped my services. How can you stop my any services? They asked me to pay money but yet bill has not been generated so why should I pay? If you can't trust on customer then you people don't need to give the credit limit for the same to client. Now I am refusing to pay any bill to you which is charged higher than my GPRS plan charge. I am going to court and consumer forum also for the same.
I surprised if you people can't wait for billing cycle than why should I use postpaid connection either go to prepaid?
2nd thing if my GPRS usage is more than you people stop it when it used more than my GPRS plan. Now I am strongly refusing for any payment if you want to stop my outgoing and incoming you can proceed for the same.
I am also user of Airtel postpaid card since last 7 years. I never faced such kind of issue with them.
