I am Mayank Srivastav and my number is 9999396910(previously).I had a post paid connection of Idea with a credit limit of Rs 750 and 2GB free internet usage plan.But my first
bill was amounted near about Rs 2700.The reason they are giving is that internet usage is not restricted with the limit.They have charged Rs 1300,650 for internet use of 5-6 hr on different days("I colud have rather taken high speed 3GB broadband connection at much cheaper price"). They not even once intimated me that my free internet plan is over ,they just keep on adding the internet charge with my bill. They doesn't send me any sort of alerts nor they ever called,even Customer care didn't informed when i call to know my free internet usage status.
