Hi... My name is Sumit Gupta. I'm using Idea Postpaid no. (9891912340) from 28th Nov. 2011. This no. activated on 25th Nov 2011. I'm using plan of Rs. 199/- I purchased this no. from Paschim Puri Idea Outlet with Rs. 250/- security deposit. I added one unlimited free no. too in this plan and after the confirmation from customer care, I started to call on my free no. On my 1st bill, I got charged for my free no. more then Rs. 700/-. I complained a lot but my customer care had blocked. Then I talked to senior and he told me to pay the bill with the promise that wrong charges will be adjust in next bill. On my next bill I again charged Rs. 726/- for free no. I talked a lot with customer care and idea seniors but one senior told that my bill issue will be rectify on 25th of Jan 2012. This discussion held on 17th Jan 2012. On 24th Jan I got call from Idea and he told me to pay the full bill and adjustment will be done on next bill. I'm fed up!!!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely fed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After the lots for discussion with customer care and idea seniors... I done this step to place my complaint in consumer forum. I hope for positive result. Otherwise I'm not going to pay bill, whatever idea will do. I don't care.
