sir i am using idea prepaid for three years i made no activation value added service on my mobile within 2 months and they deducted Rs 30 automatically from my mobile no. 9889187549.when contacted customer care they say we cant refund.I want my money back. this activation was made on 11 march 2010. without my consent.
