In the mail dated 16-08-2011 (Subject : Regarding Mobile Payment - 9008367548 -V), I have explained airtel collections department the problem with the bill. The problem was- I have selected 3G plan but airtel started charging per KBs of internet usage, instead of activating the plan
Anu from collections department asked me to pay the actual bill excluding the 3G usage as it is their (Airtel) mistake. and they agreed to close the issue after the payment
Then I had made the payment of 1200 Rs to airtel and there was no further communication from airtel till I received mail about legal notice, though I asked for a confirmation from them.
Now, I understand from this mail that legal notice has been issued for the same issue

let me know why legal was served without even notifying me after my last payment.
