Dear sir,

i had activated internet pack "trunet98" on 09-dec-2011
and i had got a confirmation sms saying "dear subscriber, your trunet98 is now activated,you have been charged rs. 98. Validity of the service:2011-12-09 17:06:16 to 2012-01-08 17:06:16".

Then on 13-dec-2011 i did an online recharge of amount rs. 222. From 13-dec-11 my balance has been deducted by loop. When i called to customer care to know how come my balance is deducted they replied sir u have been charged for using internet and i politely replied them that i had activated trunet98 on 9 dec. So how come i had been charged for the service that i already activated on 9 dec 2011.


Please go thru my query as early as possible.
