Hi,
I am Piyush Sethi working with American Airlines. I use to go to abroad so i use services from Matrix Cellular. This time i visted USA on 30 Nov 11 and i take 1 dollar plan from them.
Once i reached thr i called india to inform my parents they did nt pick up the Phone as they are sleeping i called thrice but same result once the bill generated i chkd they charged me for those call on which the ph. calls was nt picked up i raise the complaint they said charges charges are right so u need to pay for that... i mailed this matter to Manager - Customer Care amardeep.kalra@matrix.in and DGM - Customer Care Harleen.rajput@matrix.in on 22 dec 2011 but they did not care and did nt reply me back and its written under thr name that for query (If you are not satisfied with the response please contact I Manager - Customer Care amardeep.kalra@matrix.in +91 9918300136.DGM - Customer Care Harleen.rajput@matrix.in +91 9873097662.)
I mailed again on 30 dec11 to them and add on one more name that was Vikram Ghosh (Deputy Manager - International Operations) and CC same to other two also. Now i recvd a mail from him that ( Please accept my apologies for the delay.
I will investigate the case and update you accordingly.)
Now its already too late i dont think they will mail me any more and i just want to raised a comllaint that they are making fool for peoples and do wrong billing to make thr money and they even charge me a dollar rate of 56.01 per Dlr as it was no whr in Delhi....
I will be thankul if something may happen against them, as i dont knw it will works or nt but, It will make me happy if other people came to knw abt it....
