Respected Sir/Ma'm,

This is with regards to my Airtel post paid pill for December 2011 . The total bill is 5032 /Rs while the GPRS usage charge is 4870/Rs .

I opted for a 98/ plan for GPRS , I emailed Airtel thrice and have not got a response back. I called the Airtel Call center and was adviced that the plan of 98/ Rs for GPRS was deactivated by airtel and they provided me 100mb free .

so after 100 mb , all the GPRS was chargeable, which I was not aware of , as I was in impression that I am using the GPRS plan.

This is really disappointing as AIRTEL did a trick to me. Please resolve my issue. I want to continue services from Airtel . I need a waiver on all the GPRS charges.

looking for a postive resolution.
