I would like to complaint against the mobile service provider vodafone.
Last month i received the bill in that i noticed that they have mentioned night charges but the amount was not displayed.i went to their showroom and spoke to the floor manager he said that this is a procedure which should not effect me and this month i received the bill and the night charges was charged rs 1.no were in the contract it was mentioned that i would be charged with this so called night charges.and also i would like to bring to your notice that they refuse to give phone nos of their showrooms which i visit for every petty reasons leaving behind all my important work just to clarify any doubts,we have to visit their showroom as they dont give any details over the( phone ie 111 customer service no),they ask us to visit the nearest showroom.also i have been requesting them since last 6 months that i should get the information about the usage 24/7.they say we get these details only on the month ends which is of no use if i have to control my calls.can you suggest what can be done about this.
