My monthly rent is 1500 + ST. I make calls of 1500 according to predecided tarrif plan.
All payment pay through ECS and I paid my all bills regularly. But MTS charged my one local no. call as a ISD charged. I try to complain in his Customer care but they denied to register my calls. According his executive this is not a complain. I again complaint to MTS nodal authority but he waived off only Rs.80.80 where more access charges was charging by them. So, I requested his nodal authority to give me all call details right from begning. But he dont. I doubt in whole billing. So, pl. help me.
