No auto renewal and double charge deduction.
On 17th jun 10. My reliance sim requred to b auto renewed by Rs. 51 gprs plan. But till 18th jun relince did not activated it then i went to r-world and requested for activation ,soon after my request they charged me twice Rs 51. I registerd a complaint on customer care no. of reliance they told me that balance will be refunded within 48hrs. But after 48 hrs the refused to refund my balance. Now please sugest me where i can put complaint for this.
