subject : Refusal of bill on purchase of phone accessories
My name is Parivardhan Dangi and i'm a student of B.tech residing in East of Kailash. I have at manh occasions purchased mobile phone accessories like chargers, earphones, memory cards, and also have given my phone for servicing .. but never have i once got a bill for the same.in fact even for original accessories, the shop oweners refuse us on the face when asked for a bill. They have their monopoly and tell us that we don need to buy from them cause they wont give us the bill. I find this preposterous and utter nuisense to the customers. It has not once but on several occasions happend that i have recieved a service of repair for my phone or my camera and not been given the bill. It is a shame that there is no one to put contol on such illegal dealings. It is requested that ppl get aware of their right to obtain the bill and it made mandatory for any kind of purchase or service .
I have the detials of the shop owners where i purchased the accessories. It is requested that immediate action and probation be done on this matter.
