My Call is not connecting to their custmer care nos. 198 and 121 last 5 to 6 days as it says dial *121# to know balance and validity and then disconnect the call without redirecting to the customer care.

My Call is not connecting to their custmer care nos. 198 and 121 last 5 to 6 days as it says dial *121# to know balance and validity and then disconnect the call without redirecting to the customer care.
