Aaj se kuch saal pehle maine tata ka ek walky no. liya tha 011-65189595, jo unka executive mere ghar per ho deliver kar ke gaya tha, wo phone kuch saal tak to thik chala lekin pichle saal jan, 2009 se usme cloning shuru ho gaye or mera bill jyada aane laga, jiski maine bahut baar complaint kari or uske baad wo us amount ko adjust kar dete the, fir pareshan ho kar maine 08.12.2009 ko wo phone disconnect kar diya, uske baad mera bill 17.12.2009 ko bana jo appr. Rs. 2500.00 Ka tha maine customer care main phone kiya to unhone kaha security adjust karke or aapke pehle wali clooning less karke 2-3 months main mer a bill dhik ho kar aa jayega, uske baad pata nahi kaise unhone mera bill approx. Rs.18000.00 ka bana diya, or bahut dino se mujhe threads de rahe hai ke main aapna bill deposit karu, naho to court main case kar denge, mere pass sare bill or proof hai.

So sir, please help me in this regards, main pareshan ho kar aap ko likh raha hu.

Hello im Mukesh having tata waky of no. 01164522234, which is nowadays not working well, it gets automatically disconnected when we make a call to someone , and even when i make a acall to customer care for complaint its not make it happen due to disconnection.
