I am victim of reliance excessive billing and harassment . Few months ago a sales executive sold me reliance 3g sim and said you wil get unlimited downloads i accepted his offer and he taken my documents and given me a postpaid connection. I used it and the speed was amazing so i did inquiry about the plan and come to know that it is not unlimited it is 5gb the very next day i visited reliance web world and they said me that they can't do anything they said go to reliance office situated at maru tower kanke road Ranchi. I visited there and told them about my problem and they said its ok you will be charged only what you have used in 1 day and you connection will be closed. after that for many months there was no any call or msg. about the bill or any message. Suddenly on 24th 0r 25th December 2011 i got call from delhi high court and they said pay Rs.1679 within 2 hours or we will register a case against you and you will have to 12500 fine and visit court. The very next hour i paid that amount and informed them. Those days i was very busy due to some uncertain happening in my house so i was not able to contact or complain.
