I had logged into Paytm to recharge my cell no 9902960660 for Rs 500/-

My Saving Bank account shows an debit of this same amount.

this is the reference CCA12AGLM978-Avenues India Ltd 118152258

After writing to Paytm they have acknowledged my mail but not refunded nor charged my cell .
3 days have passed there is no response.

Please advice way forward
