Recenty I had a bad experience with Airtel customer care on my Airtel connection conversion from Postpaid to prepaid, so I cancelled my connection with Airtel and went to Vodaphone. At the time of cancellation I was told that my deposit amount will be reimbursed to me by check in a month's time. But till date I have not received any payment or check from Airtel and its been 2 months since I closed my Airtel connection. I feel Airtel people are trying to take undue advantage of good customers like me.

I want to fight with Airtel even though the amount is small (< 1000). I do not want Airtel people taking me for granted.
