I purchased reliance 3g internet modem from sun enterprises executive on 24 september
The cheque got cleared on 28 th september
My mobile No. 9555317128

1)I got the delivery of device on 11th of october and on 13 oct I have seen there is generated bill from reliance
from 28th sep to 6th october
is this a joke?
if you don't want to give service then don't do it but put scissors in our pockets

2) The device is not working properly I visited your web world in patel nagar
they said they cannot change the device I need to contact sun enterprises
I contacted to sun enterprises they said to contact with reliance web world

Just tell me where I should go for this Rs 2000
its totally shameful consumer services you are providing to us
have we made a mistake by choosing reliance?
Is it a very cheap and small brand?

I am awaiting for positive response from reliance
I think its a company to rely on but if you can't able to proove it
I am option less for proceeding to consumer court

AFTER SENDING THIS MAIL TO RELIANCE

They don't even help me properly
They keep on generated the bill and calling me
They think that money in our is of them

Naming Shweta Sharma advocate in Tees Hazari Court New Delhi
She is giving me threat to come at court without having in notice
These people have think court is child play just name them and we will do exactly as they said

It is a request to Consumer Court they are making and playing game in Courts name
They are making our life miserable

I AM JUST SEEKING FOR TRUE ACTION
IF COURT SAY'S THAT ITS MY FAULT THEN I WILL PAY
I HOPE FOR JUSTICE
