    I did online top-up of Rs.3000/- to my reliance no. (9827181890) on 21 Nov.2011 through mobile banking.My money is deducted from my bank account (account no 00000010371926386 showing narration- reliance top up, 9827181890,rile and ref no. - 2399725044301)
    i also got two confirmation message of top-up. but till yet i have not received top-up amt. in mobile, in spite of this, 3g services has activated on my mobile automatically.


    i am not getting any response from customer care of bank and reliance company but both of them not taking any responsibility for the transit and blaming each other.

    dear sir,

    as per responce of reliance team
    i had been provided my alternative no. to reliance team

    and day before yesterday, they contact me to resolve my complaint but complaint was regarding to reliance digital tv. which is not done by me as my complaint is regarding to mobile topup through mobile banking.

    please kindly take action on the above given matter and give me relief as soon as possible.

    my complaint is based on mobile top up through sbi mobile banking and i were provided my alternative no. to contact me.

    but your team made a call day before yestrday for resolving complaint regarding to RDTV but not for above given complaint

    Default unsatisfied response from reliance team

    Dear sir
    I want to enlighten the case that as per my first complaint Reliance team replied that they are not able to contact,
    as per there response i had given my alternative no. and there representative of rdtv contacted me but not related to my concerned problem,
    and lastly as per my last complaint i got unsatisfied response with wrong and incomplete information. they requested me to wait for a day and they will call me. 1 week passed but I haven't received any call from customer care.
    So i request you to look again for redressel of my grievance..

    and i cant understand that why you are unable to reach me because i am able to connect above all given no.
