This is to bring into your notice a gross error in my bill which I have been trying to get rectified by calling the Reliance Blackberry customer support, but the executives just refuses to understand the issue. I am using a Reliance CDMA corporate blackberry connection since last 3 years and my number is 9320981510.
Since almost last 1 year, I was in a Rs 2501 rental plan wherein I was enjoying unlimited blackberry services, unlimited STD, local calls, SMS and incoming roaming free. Around July 2011, I opted for MNP but then I got a call from the Reliance retention team and they offered me to move to a different tariff plan as my concern was high billing. I then opted for a voice plan of Rs 399 rental and Rs 299 Blackberry plan.
Since my company pays for the bill, hence I never bothered to look at the bill but last week when I got a sms that my credit limit got exceeded and the number will get disconnected, then I had a look at the bill and to my surprise I found that since Aug 2011, Reliance is charging me as per my actual usage under the Rs 399 tariff plan and over and above also charging me Rs 2501 as Blackberry rental (which was supposed to get terminated). When I called at the call centre today to lodge a complaint regarding the same, the executive informs me that there is no request registered in their system for terminating the Rs 2501 rental plan and my current bill is correct. This is quite absurd as why I will continue to pay Rs 2501 only for Blackberry services and separately Rs 399 rental + usage fee for voice plan, while my earlier plan of Rs 2501 was including the unlimited voice and sms usage !! I fail to understand that how come a subscriber will have 2 different plans on the same number ??
Have written mails to Nodal Officer as well as to Appellate Authority....since both these escalation authorities are Reliance employees, hence haven't received any response or resolution from either.
