I beg to say that i have recharged my RELIANCE CDMA no. (9300052752) on 20th-nov-2011 through paytm.com through my citibank card of which i got confirmation on my cell and on mail also and i got balance at that time but soon in the morning when i tried to make a call i heard a message that u have insufficient balance your mobile a/c.
After that i called customer care so they said we havn't got your payment and said if you have any kind of confusion vist our nearest webworld.
i visited sapna sangeeta webworld in INDORE & provided print out of my transaction on 26th-nov-2011 to Miss.Rupali. she said u will get your balance within 24hrs but i have not get any amount till date.
So Sir/Madam i request you to take necessary action against the same as soon as possible
i will thankful to you.
