    Sir/ Madam,

    I beg to say that i have recharged my RELIANCE CDMA no. (9300052752) on 20th-nov-2011 through paytm.com through my citibank card of which i got confirmation on my cell and on mail also and i got balance at that time but soon in the morning when i tried to make a call i heard a message that u have insufficient balance your mobile a/c.
    After that i called customer care so they said we havn't got your payment and said if you have any kind of confusion vist our nearest webworld.
    i visited sapna sangeeta webworld in INDORE & provided print out of my transaction on 26th-nov-2011 to Miss.Rupali. she said u will get your balance within 24hrs but i have not get any amount till date.
    So Sir/Madam i request you to take necessary action against the same as soon as possible
    i will thankful to you.
    i have pasted the mail i got from paytm team below.

    Default Deduction of balance

    My reliance gsm no. Is 9555562423. Whenever i recharge this no. My balance is automatically deducted, whenever i call c.care they only give information that you have been subscribed to this service and that service, in this way they have deducted about 200 rs from my account, i am fed up of it plz help me to refund this balance, as i am student,
