My subscriber number with Reliance is 9320092926 and I am using Reliance services since last 4 Years.
In the month of July, I got a call from Reliance Blackberry department stating a offer for activation of Reliance Blackberry pack of Rs. 299/- free of cost for a month.
And I was told that I will be called before completion of 1 month and asked whether I want to continue this plan or not.
Parallel to this I have applied for e-bill services for the same number, but I am not recieving any bills till date on my registered Email address (hdfcvandan@gmail.com).
Since I was not getting any bills, I was not aware of the charges of the same and was just paying the bills on trust.
But when in the last month I came to know about the charges for Blackberry services are added in my bill, I was shocked and checked the previous bills for July, August which were inclusive of the same charge.
I made a complaint several number of times to the Blackberry department on *363 & 198. After several days I got a call from Reliance and I was asked to pay my due bill for September and was told - Sir, your problem is solved and all your wrong charges will be adjusted in the next bill.
But again in this month Bill, the adjustment is not done and again I am charged Rs. 100 for Blackberry services. When I called on *363 for the same - the answer is - Sir, the charges as per our system are correct and cannot be waived off.
I want to ask - Why should I pay for the services which I have not used??
