This is 2nd time iam sending my complaint against Reliance Communications.
Really if anybody ask me feedback about reliance service just i suggest them that I HAD NEVER SEEN A WORST SERVICE LIKE RELIANCE..... & this is true which iam facing from ur reliance service.. my name is S.Noor Mohammed and my reliance number is 9346645111, i never seen a worst & dirty service like ur reliance.. becoz from past 4 months iam not getting my my postpaid bill to my billing adress and same i had logged a complaint on this somany times, but no one can till date solved my problem, till now iam not getting my bill to my billing adress, somany times i spoke to ur customer care and every one escaping. Your people is escaping from my query that i had activated E-Bill to mail... ok agreed.. even though i did not getting my bill to my email also, but regularly ur people call me intime when my bill is on due, but ur people is not able to deliver my bill. iam not at all satisfy with your service. iam 4 years customer to your network.. and this is the service u people are providing to old customers.. and what about new customers?..................... really iam expressing my words that...... **** i did not seen a worst service like this bledy Reliance. Even they didnot solve my problem, they barred my outgoing calls due to non payment of the bill. wantedly i did not pay the bill this month becoz i have to raise my problem agian, but Reliance was barred my out going calls on 08-11-2011.
