Reliance communications CDMA postpaid

    Angry Reliance communications CDMA postpaid

    I was using a Reliance prepaid service. And suddenly got a call from Reliance sales department with a following offer.

    Monthly rental - Rs. 199 per month
    Unlimited free calling on Reliance CDMA/ GSM
    15000 seconds free for non reliance numbers.
    Post 15000 seconds per second billing on non reliance numbers.

    I activated two of my numbers ( 9320644944 / 7498599874) I agreed for the plan and gave Rs 300 activation charges for each number.

    I have the bill from Nayaab Communications
    shop no. S22, Prime mall, 2nd floor Vile parle (W), Mumbai 400056

    My plan was activated.
    I never received any bill for any of my two numbers.

    Now I received a call from reliance 5 days before my due date for an amount of Rs. 800.
    I called customer care to clear the bill.
    The executive told me that I am on Rs 199 monthly rental.
    which includes 15000 seconds free on all numbers including Reliance and non-reliance numbers.
    No such plan exists which provides unlimited Reliance to Reliance calling in Rs 199 permonth.


    Now, I have two complains
    1. Reliance made a false commitments about plan
    Cheating a customer.

    2. I am not going to make the payment. I want the waiver as none of the plan details were correct.
    Agent are pressurised to lie to make a sale.

    I want the waiver of my money and if there is no such plan I would like to go for my old prepaid plan.

    I do not want the apologies. This is not the first time Reliance sales are selling fraud plans.
    But, I never thought it will happen to me.

    I have paid my bills. But I want the waiver according to the plan which was offered to me.
    Now, I do not trust on Reliance. Your company is giving me payment receipt and you are not able to locate the DSA who offered me the plan.
    I received a call from the customer care. Some manager Gaurav called me saying they heard the call and found that the representative was wrong. And also they have issued a warning letter for the sales representative for providing me wrong information. Also, he said you need to call customer care for the amount waiver. I do not have any personal issues with any body. I want the waiver of the excess whatever I have paid.

    If I am not wrong then why should I pay.

    Today I called customer care, call was picked up by Nazneen, she was very rude.
    And in a hurry to disconnect the call.
    I understand waiver is not under her control. I asked for a Team Leader knowingly the CSR's and CSL's would not be able to solve the problem.
    But she transferred me to CSL Satyajeet. He says that you are getting correct plan benefits.
    If I am getting the correct plan benefits then why I am paying for calling on Reliance numbers which was promised to me during the plan offer by Danish (Sales Executive from Reliance Communications).

    Then I asked for escalation as I want this issue to be resolved.
    I do not care for the money, or whatever my bill is.

    But, reliance has already LIED to me. I know the process that CSL's can transfer the calls to Team Leader not the operations managers.
    However Satyajeet directly transferred me to OPERATIONS MANAGER : RAM PRAJAPATI.

    If he is OPERATIONS MANAGER then first teach him ENGLISH or speak in normal language.
    I was comfortable in Hindi understanding his ENGLISH SPEAKING CAPABILITIES.

    I had a very hard time with him. He says I am getting correct plan benefits. If I am getting corrct plan benefits then why I AM PAYING TO MAKE A CALL ON LOCAL RELIANCE NUMBERS.

    Now I realized that no such plan exists whatever reliance sold me.
    But is it my fault that I received a call from RELIANCE??????????????????????

    I also received a call from Reliance Communications saying that they do not charge anything for Security deposit for any plan.
    I have the receipt of Rs. 300 I paid before the activation.

    If there should not any security money. Then here also RELIANCE is CHEATING....

    I do not want to create any big issue or any scene.
    But just waive off my bill whatever I have paid in excess.
    I will forget whatever tough time I have been through after migrating my number from PRE-PAID to POST-PAID.

    Now, try to understand me what I should think about RELIANCE or what I should suggest to whom I know.


    I want the waiver because this was never my fault.....

    Even I today got a call from Reliance customer care representative for same type of plan for Delhi region.. I tried to search such plan on Reliance Site(Welcome to Reliance Communications). I do not got any such plan.

    When no any such plan is there why Reliance customer care representative call us for such plan. I got a call form 02230384848

    Default Reliance Postpaid 440 plan not activated

    Dear sir,

    I am Krishna Mangal using Reliance prepaid-7498382962.

    The reliance guys called me 20 days earlier and offered me to change my number to postpaid 440 plan(R to R 24 hrs free).
    They asked me to submit Rs.300 as refundable deposit to activate the plan.So I did and submitted the required documents.
    The said plan is still not activated in my number.
    When I called them up they are not responding.
    Once they told that the person who collected the amount has resigned so we are not able to activate your plan.
    Kindly do the needful.

    I WAS ALSO CHEATED BY MARKETING AGENT OF RCOMM.

    I WAS USING RELIANCE PREPAID CONNECTION NUMBER 9322278407. ONE DAY, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SWAYAM ENETRPRISES WITH FOLLOWING OFFER:

    Monthly rental - Rs. 199 per month
    Unlimited free calling on Reliance CDMA/ GSM & LAND LINE.
    15000 seconds free for non reliance numbers.
    Post 15000 seconds per second billing on non reliance numbers.

    I ACTIVATED ABOVE PLANT FOR 9322278407 AND PAID RS. 200 + RS. 200 FOR NEW CDMA CONNECTION, FREE TO UNLIMITED CALLING ON 9322278407.

    MY PLAN WAS ACTIVATED ON 18TH MARCH 2012. WHEN I CALLED ON *222 AND ASKED ABOUT MY PLAN, I WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS NO UNLIMITED FREE CALLING ON CDMS / GSM & LANDLINE. FOR THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY RS. 99 EXTRA.

    HOW A MARKETING COMPANY SALE POST PAID USING FALSE INFORMATION. THERE IS ONE MORE COMPAINT IS PENDING IN YOUR FORUM. WHY RCOMM IS NOT TAKING ANY ACTION? ARE THEIR STAFF IS ALSO INVOLVED?
