I had sought termination of my data card (Reliance Netconnect+ No. 7498497247) usage on 21 Nov 2011 at Reliance One world centre at Thane and was given a req# 166209065 dt 21 Nov 2011.
Subsequently I received a call from their Call cnetre asking the details and reasons for termination. I had given the details and requested them to terminate the same immediately. I repeated asked if I will not be billed and she confirmed that I will not be billed again.
Now you have the cheak to send me the bill for Nov to Dec during which period I had asked for termination and which was subsequently confirmed by your representative.

I now demand that you cancel this bill or I will be forced to go the media and the Consumer forum and also the Min of Telecom.

Please confirm that the bill is cancelled immediately on receipt of this mail.
