I am a dissatisfied Reliance GSM user, mo. no. 8080280076.
1.On 4th October there was an unnecessary deduction from my account on of about Rs 50. When i approached the customer care on 198 on 5th October at 7am i was told by a customer care executive that "you know where you have used your balance." such arrogant and irresponsible behavior was not expected.After a long argument with him he told me to call after 2 days.
2. On the same day when i approached RELIANCE WEB WORLD in evening around 5.45pm the executive there asked me to dial *359 from their phone and talk to that customer care. Here i got a reply saying "we do not have the details as our system is down." Then i approached the customer care in the web world but even they replied same as latter.
3. Today 7th october i again called up 198 at 9.23am the executive said that "we have the details of last 3 days only i.e 5th,6th and 7th october." After putting the call on hold for several minutes she came with a response that "in the month of october there is only one deduction of rupees 3 charged for a message on 1st oct"..now the question here is how the hell did she get the details of 1st oct on 7th oct?
4. Then i asked her to lodge a complain and give me the complain number but as usual they started giving various numbers (*333).i argued that why should i call on *333 which is a chargeable number instead of 198 which is helpline specially for lodging complaints. but yet there was no good response so i asked her to transfer the call to her senior.
5. On the transfer the call was attended by Mr.KIRAN PAWAR who said he is the 'PL'
i asked him about the details of my balance deduction on 4th oct he said that "we do not have the details." now i warned him of lodging a complaint or i shall approach the CONSUMER COURT OF INDIA and Mr.Pawar said that you may do whatever you want and that you may even go to the CONSUMER COURT OF INDIA. such a ridiculous response by the so called PL of RELIANCE TELECOMMUNICATION was not expected...
i want an immediate compensation of my balance deducted or rather WASTED by the company and a stern action against ridculous employees like Mr.Kiran Pawar....
