My Self Praveen Raghuvanshi ,I have take reliance Land line connection (07272-320920) from 18.02.2006 .
On Jan'10 ,I make request to discontinues this phone due to poor service's by web world Dewas & submitted card less phone to Dewas web world.
After serval visiting & Phone call but no one can give proper response on my application. Still I getting phone bill on my address current month bill is 219.50 inr.
the web world person say your SD Amount has been adjust, they show me total statement of my phone account in which I saw two time they make any adjustment by amount 500 & 500 Rs but actually i don't get any adjustment & i never change my bill address
Know my question is that if i get connection on Feb'2006 how the statement start from Sep'2005.
That Means they give me second hand connection & they are not giving my security deposit amount of 1000
