My mobile no. is 9967530947 I had port in to Reliance mobile from Airtel.
During the service in Airtel my credit limit was Rs. 4500. When I had shifted to Reliance Mobile my service was suspended due to heavy usage. My new service provider i.e Reliance mobile suspend my outgoing facilities for non payment of Rs. 1036. I had email to my service provider for issuing me the bill for my heavy usage. but they had not issued the me the bill and forced me to pay the bill to start my out going calls facilities. I had paid the bill to them under protest. Now Again my out going facilities has been terminated due to non payment of Rs. 1453.81 due to heavy usage. When i viewed the usage on the web site. It has been understand that my service provider charged me Rs. 681.55 for Mobile Internate usage. I had taken up the Tikona Wireless Broad Band WiFi connection at my home. I had browsed the internate through my wifi enabled hand set of Blackberry through Tikona. Reliance had counted the same in their billing and due to which my account shows the heavy usage and without producing the authenticated copy of my bill reliance had terminated my out going facilities. The complaint for the same had been launch to Reliance through their customer care executive. The said person had refused to take the complaint as per my wish. i.e "Since I had used the internate facility through my wifi enabled hand set from tikona wireless broad band connection. How can you charge the same usage in your bill". but the said customer care executive had launch the complaint as "Customer had a problem for wrongly charged internate usage" I had also told the executive that the by launching the said complaint how your back office executive will known that I had the wifi services activated at my home by Tikona Wireless broadband service. But he said that it is the policy of the company that we launch the complaint as the our wish.
Now my complaint is as follows
1. If I am porting in with the same number to any service provider why my earlier credit limit was not carried forward?
2. Why not a customer launch the complaint to service provider as per his wish.
3. My complaint no. is 169914490 with reliance can this forum help me to sort out my issues.
