I had received the bill for the month of July 11 of amt Rs 552/- with due date 9th Aug 11
for which cheque of State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur bearing no 397352 dated 9th Aug 11
Mulund Branch of amt Rs 552/- was dropped at Masjid Bunder Reliance Mini Shoppe which was cleared on 11 Aug 11 & is reflected in my bank statement.but unfortunately pinches me that the company is still claiming bill amount is pending i had received 30 call from reliance executive regarding the bill payment for the all detail provided by me also i had send scan copy of my bank statement on following email id : reliance.sanpada@rediffmail.com.
which is provided me by customer care executive .
on 29 th Aug 11 i registered complain with customer care complain no : 160255460
i also visited web world at mulund twice and provided my bank statement and all detail but still no action was taken .
but still for last 2 month services has been suspended for no fault of mine .
due to this i have been suffering huge losses since this is my business number .
in-spite my services suspended for last two month still bill are been send regularly with late payment charges .
kindly resolve my problem at the earliest since my outgoing and incoming call has been stopped for which my business is totally depended on this number,& I had been made to sufer a huge loss, since my clients are not able to contact me urgently.Also I would like to
claim for the compensation of Rs 25000/- for the huge losses made to me for last 2 months.
