Hi,

I am using Reliance connection (9313658463) for more than 6 years, In month of Jan, 2011 I got a call regarding conversion to postpaid by just paying Rs. 500 as the security charge from Reliance Web World, Tri Nagar, Delhi, the normal security deposit is Rs. 250 but my area falls in negative area so I had to pay Rs. 500 as the security charge which I did, but now I want to convert it to prepaid but they are saying that they can only refund me Rs 250, I hv even tried to contact the Tri Ngr Reliance Web world but their both of the WLL phone are going switched off and the number of the agent who came to collect security deposit is also out of service, is this a fraud? What should I do now in order to get full refund? The companies whom we trust are cheating us, is this fair? I want my entire refunded. Otherwise I will never ever use Reliance products in my life. Plz try to resolve this issue for this loyal customer.
