This was the my prepaid paid No.-7498060254.Today I converted prepaid to post Paid plan becuase your executive Jyoti and Fiza told me wrong detail about this plan.This is 299 plan but They told me u will get monthly balance 299 and 900 minute free std , Local both and Local Relaince to reliance free 24 hour.But they did wrong with me.This plan do not have this type of scheme.Please take the action against them.I do not want to use post paid connection please convert my no into prepaid .I have given 250 Rs deposit.I want Toltal amount refund because they cheated me .Please take action against immediately.
