I was given this plan by Mr. Zakeer(93800008800) from the Reliance Outlet address given below.

I had been a Reliance data card customer for nearly 2 years and wanted my GSM phone connection to be Reliance as well, as I get reasonable connectivity in remote areas of my work while I am travelling( I work as a Wildlife Tour leader guide in remote forest areas of North and South India). I was an Airtel GSM phone customer and got migrated to Reliance network, with assurances from Mr. Zakeer that I would get a good post paid tariff plan that will cost me not much with my Roaming charges.
He suggested me a tariff plan with a rental of 199 per month with a free usage of 10 hrs talk time per month (in his falsified words) for Local/STD as per the migration from Airtel Network to Reliance Network. He also said the tariff for roaming would be 0.60 Paisa per minute for incoming/outgoing. In reality, I was shocked, when I got my first bill( 21st October to 13-November 2011). It was all lies from Mr. Zakeer about the Tariff plan. The roaming charges were Rs. 1.50 for outgoing and Rs. 1.00 for incoming. Most of my work is in travelling and out of my home network. I was under the impression( falsely created by Zakeer) that I will be getting a good tariff rate for my roaming. And when I came back from my tour in late November and asked Zakeer about the bill its high charges, he said he was unaware of the revised roaming charges and he will try to send an email to whomever concerned for revision of bill. I am not sure whether he sent an email or any details of it. I had to take up another shortly in 2nd week of December in North India and suddenly my outgoing was barred. My credit limit was breached. Thanks to "Promised Words" of Mr. Zakeer, that my bill would be revised, I had to use my phone while roaming extensively for business purpose. I had to go through lot of trauma away from my home network and in a remote forest area trying to get my "Wrongly Charged" bill paid.
I was in for a double shock when I received my second bill(for Nov 14- Dec 13, 2011). Not only my roaming charged were not revised, my " so called free 10 hrs talk time local/STD usage in home network was also revoked and I was given only Rs. 150/- free talk time. Half of what I was promised." I once again approached Mr. Zakeer, when I came back to Coimbatore in 3 week of December, 2011 about the wrongly charged bill and lack of proper response from him. He said he is still trying to get the problem solved and will get back to me on the same day. He never did and never after took my calls as well. I had to leave again for a tour on Dec 27, 2011 and tried lot of times calling him( you can check the call records as well).
I had then placed a service request online as well. My service request numbers are 169084107 and 169084608. I got a message later saying that my service request 169084107 is closed and I am correctly charged. This is ridiculous and I am totally CHEATED by the Reliance staff giving false promises and not even responding properly.
Hope at least the senior authority management take my plea into consideration and give me a positive solution.
