for my reliance GSM, i did online recharge for rs.202 .i did it intending to get around 198 as core TT and rest deducted as service tax as usual.

but this reliance has recharged it for some extra talk time top up and entire amount of 222 has gone to promo talktime and validity is just 30 days.
i wont be using so much in a month and it would lapse.

when i call customer care multiple times telling them that i dont want any special/extra talktime top up, but i just need normal recharge for my rel-GSM sim, they are not even ready to help me. they said its done and over. we wont help you.

very stupid customer care and i have lost my hard earned money.

pls anyone suggest me a solution.

I am facing problem money deduction in my reliance CDMA number.
Reliance automatically start service by his own and charge money for the same.
No one is going to resolve the problem. Please resolve my problem.
