Dear Sir,

I have no 9313059352 of your company. Time and again i am having one complete that is UNwanted cutting from my balance. I have not activated any services and frequently i am talking to customer care to check for any auto activation done my the company.
It is happening since last 6months more frequently. On 1st of December 2011, I had recharged my account with Rs. 222 and today when i checked with *367 my balance was Rs. 184.41.

I have done Calls of Rs. 14.50 + 2 SMS(With a plan of 0.50 fate for every thing. For call 1 min 0.50p and SMS 0.50p)
I am attaching my call done for the duration.

Why my Rs. 29 was cut from my BALANCE.

Please help me.
