I had deactivated all the services which I never subscribed on 24.12.2011 through tele caller Mr. Sanjay vide customer interaction no. 2591133539 time 21hrs 28min. 46sec.

Today 26th Dec. again 15rs. got deducted from main balance, while I was having conversation with reliance customer care center to get the reason about deduction of Rs. 15, I received a SMS congratulations your MBBP51 has been activated successfully, I asked about it with caller he put me on hold & disconnected the call.

I again called to so called customer care center, they replied me 15Rs. deduction for Star TV activation & 51 for GPRS activation, which I never ever subscribed. Funny thing is that I am using outdated Nokia 2600 handset, in which GPRS facility is not available.
