my Reliance GSM Smart is 98355 03169.
I do not use any add on features that are provided by Reliance.
Still my balances are deducted by Rs30 even though I do not subscribe to any of them.

About five months ago I was charged Rs30 stating I had subscribed to Bejan Daruwala's Tips, then I had to unsubscribe.
Then, again after one month I was charged for the same. I complained for the same to the Reliance Store near my home after which I was not charged faultily for two months. As, on 05.08.2010 I was again charged with Rs.30 against Voice Chat which I never subscribed to. I sent a message to unsubscribe the same and received a confirmation message that I have been unsubscribed.

But, to my surprise I was again charged with Rs.30 on 25.08.2010 against Voice Chat.

I do not understand the fact of deducting balances inspite of not subscribing to that facility.

I am ready to donate Rs30 to Reliance Communications Ltd every month if they request me to but this type of cheat is just not acceptable.

I hope that from now on I shall be charged for only the facilities that I choose to use and not for the ones selected by the company themselves.
