Sir,
I am using relience GSM service last one year.
I have activated "599 STD" and "GPRS 99" pack in this sim
soon after the day my account balance has been deducted by Rs. 5/- everyday
when i contact to coustmer care office of relience they tell that you have activate
Games Club service (which is without my knowledge)
I tell them to stop it on the same day(18 Jul 11) and they promice me to stop and launch my complain 157334782 on 18 Jul 11.
after stoping the service they diduct Rs . 5 on 19 Jul 11, I again launch a complain agiant this, then they refund me Rs.5/-
the complin no is 157434338.
but again on 20 th and 21 th july they diduct Rs. 5 everyday.
I am waisting my one hr daily to the custmer care no. but all in vain.
plz. help me to solve this problem.
