I would like to share some experience that I am facing at the moment. I am thinking of escalating this problem with Media because what I have learnt is that lot of people are experiencing this problem and now I am also their victim . My number that I bought from vodafone store which i deactivated a week ago by visiting vodafone store is still active and what is astonishing is that the bill is still being generated.

One fool called me today first he told me that we got to know that you have deactivated your number and then after some words he lured me to convert it to prepaid when i agreed he immediately asked me to clear my dues which i have paid already . Now what is this? My number was SUPPOSEDLY 9899322290 and is still active can some body from vodafone figure it out what is happening in their stores are they employing educated or illiterates . The branch is in Ansals Palam Vihar in Ansal's Plaza.

Vodafone please note that I will not pay any single penny . you can check my payment records that i paid last of RS 60 . Its not my problem to follow up even after deactivating the connection. Why should I suffer ?

Today I went to vodafone store and i got a request number . I dont know they provided me a wrong request number , but i got the correct one that is 2221274734. My number is still not deactivated. Today i had a verbal spat also with them because i have to pay the whole month rent although i was suppose to pay on pro rata basis. Are you now getting profit in this way? Are there any ethics? Why my number is still not deactivated ? inspite I did that a week ago.
